I would like to send a huge thank you to American Airlines for canceling my flight to New York. It absolutely made my day. I loved having to rearrange all travel plans and deal with the sassy workers in the airport. I love that yall sent me to a different airport and almost lost my bags. I loved having to spend 5 hours in the Austin Airport all alone and getting into New York at 1 am. Thanks, lets never ever happen again.
